Please carefully check both side of your postcard design before submitting your order, ensuring the delivery address is accurate.  If you change your mind or need to alter your postcard design, orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the card has been printed and posted.  It will be too late to cancel once cards have been printed and posted.  All orders are sent by standard post via the An Post Irish national postal service and we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once items have been posted.

Under EU and Irish consumer law, goods that are personalised or made to your unique specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal so your online purchase from LoveFromIreland.ie is subject to this legal exception regarding the EU right of withdrawal. LoveFromIreland.ie functions as a print-on-demand platform where postcards are custom-printed with your specific message or personal photos, and therefore you do not have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period once production begins. However, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime before it is fulfilled.
