LoveFromIreland.ie is an Irish postcard print on-demand company located in County Clare. We are a small company with big ideas. Borne out of the frustration of trying to send postcards while abroad, the company was founded to make it easy to send holiday postcards from Ireland. Our aim is to support the personal connections between our customers and their loved ones by reviving the joy of receiving authentic holiday postcards from Ireland through the post. 

Write your postcards online at a time that suits you.  All postcards are printed A5 size (larger than most postcards) and posted by hand from Ireland. We source our cardstock from an Irish supplier and only select high-quality, uncoated sustainable card. Print your favourite holiday photos as beautiful postcards and make the memories last forever. Or select from a range of charming images created by artists based here in Ireland.  

We could not have got this idea to market without our artistic partners and we love the ever growing collection of beautiful postcard images from the photographers and artists that have agreed to work with us.  Because we print our postcards in a slightly larger format than usual, you will find these postcards are frame-worthy mini works of art.

Is this a digital postcard?

Nope! Once you create your order, we print it and affix the postage stamp before posting it for you.  All LoveFromIreland.ie postcards are printed on larger than usual A5-sized sustainably certified cardstock, making them beautiful keepsakes your friends and family will treasure.

 

Why postcards?

Postcards rather than greeting cards are a conscious effort to cut down on unnecessary waste. Our postcards are printed on FSC-certified cardstock and are plastic-free. Postcards also have a traditional charm with the postcard image visible to the recipient right away.  And our images are so beautiful, many are likely to end up framed and on display for years to come. Plus, with no envelope, there's less waste, making postcards a more eco-friendly option.

 

It’s a pity I can’t move the text of my message around.

Actually, if the text box is highlighted, you can reposition your text if you want to. But please be careful to keep your text in the greeting message area as your postcard can only be printed as ordered – we cannot alter your final layout. Similarly, you can move your recipient’s name a little closer to their address if you like.

Are you interested in becoming a LoveFromIreland.ie artist?

All our postcard images have been created by Irish artists and photographers who receive a micropayment each time one of their postcard images is ordered. We are always on the lookout for new postcard images so if you are based in Ireland or if you are Irish but living abroad and would like more information, please share some details about yourself and your practice here.
