Refund policy

Please carefully check both side of your postcard design before submitting your order, ensuring the delivery address is accurate.  If you change your mind or need to alter your postcard design, orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the card has been printed and posted.  It will be too late to cancel once cards have been printed and posted.  All orders are sent by standard post via the An Post Irish national postal service and we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once items have been posted.
